Women's leadership because I believe we *all* benefit from more women in leadership positions.
I believe that we can *all* benefit from more women in leadership. By showcasing kickass female leaders on the podcast, I hope to inspire more women to take action to be(come) a badass boss themselves.
In a biweekly dose of leadership inspiration, amazing women from around the world share a behind the scenes look at their journey and actionable advice on the Leading Rebels podcast. The podcast launched in November 2017 with the aim to inspire more women to become kickass female leaders. Topics include everything from embracing conflict and being a young leader to transitioning from peer to boss.
The biggest challenge was actually launching! There is always one more tweak you want to do, and embracing the "done is better than perfect" mentality is easier said than done.
I'm always on the lookout for inspiring female leaders to feature on the podcast. And of course I always love getting support in spreading the word about the podcast to reach as many women as possible!
One thing many of the amazing women I interview say - and I very much agree with is - is to be yourself. Alway always easy to say, not so easy to do, but oh so important. Especially when it comes to leadership, don't act like you think a leader "should" act like. Define for yourself what that looks like.
To not stress out so much about fitting in or finding your way. Live more in the moment. All your experiences are valid and important, and as they like to say: All will be fine in the end. Nobodies path is linear, don't fret about yours being "unusual".
